RUS - 200 | Russian Cases Part 1 Genitive Case Welcome to the sending year of the Russian Crash Course! In this semester we will go over all Russian cases, focusing on Genitive Case. We will talk about: - possessions (Boris's car) - absence (no car) - Russian numbers with nouns (5 cars) - Coming from (from Brazil) - All common prepositions of Genitive Case (без (without)для (for)до (until)из (from/out of)кроме (except)от (from)с (from/down)у (near/by)около (around/near)после (after)вдоль (along), and compound ones like из-за (because of) and из-под (from under). Topics we cover in RUS 200: Questions: Where are you from? Do you have a sister? Does your store have any shorts? Adjectives: Big, small, good, bad, new, old etc. Verbs: to buy, to arrive, to leave etc. Cases: Genitive Case More details will be posted soon.
