Here are the first 5 hikes in May 2025. When registering, please least the ones you want to attend in the comment section. For each hike I will create a group chat. Hike 1 | Red Rocks When: Saturday, April 27th at 12:00 PM (meet at the trailhead) Level: Easy Beginner Distance: 5–7 miles Where: Matthew Winters Trailhead (see screenshot) Notes: If parking is full, there is an additional lot across the street. AllTrails Link: Red Rocks / Dakota Ridge Loop Hike 2 | Castlewood Canyon When: Saturday, May 4th at 10:00 AM (meet at the trailhead) Level: Easy Beginner Distance: 5–7 miles Where: Homestead Trailhead (see screenshot) Notes: * If you don't have a "Keep Colorado Wild Pass" (usually comes with your car registration), the entrance fee is $10. * Bring cash just in case. AllTrails Link: Rim Rock Trail to Creek Trail Loop Hike 3 | Roxborough – Carpenter Peak When: Saturday, May 11th at 8:00 AM (meet at the trailhead) Level: Easy Beginner Distance: 6 miles Where: Roxborough State Park Notes: * If you don't have a "Keep Colorado Wild Pass," the entrance fee is $10. * Bring cash just in case. AllTrails Link: Carpenter Peak Trail Hike 4 | Mt. Falcon + Castle Ruins When: Saturday, May 18th at 8:00 AM (meet at the trailhead) Level: Intermediate Beginner Distance: 10 miles Where: Mount Falcon East Trailhead Notes: * This is a longer hike. Bring good hiking shoes, plenty of water, and snacks. AllTrails Link: Falcon Castle Ruins via Castle Trail Hike 5 | Rocky Mountain National Park Adventure When: Saturday, May 25th at 7:00 AM (meet at the trailhead in Estes Park) Level: Intermediate Beginner Distance: 10 miles Where: Secret location in Estes Park (details shared after sign-up) Notes: * Only 4 spots available. * Not suitable for kids. * Park entrance fee is $15. * Bring good hiking shoes, plenty of water, and snacks. * If you didn’t make it to this hike but want to do it later, I can share info about this park!
